As the double-disc The Fragile unfurls, all of Nine Inch Nails' trademarks – gargantuan, processed guitars, ominous electro rhythms, near-ambient keyboards, Trent Reznor's shredded vocals and tortured words – are unveiled, all sounding pretty much how they did on The Downward Spiral. Upon closer inspection, there are new frills, yet these aren't apparent without digging – and what's on the surface isn't necessarily inviting, either. There is nothing as rhythmic or catchy as "Closer," nothing as jarring as the piano chorus of "March of the Pigs," no ballad as naked as "Hurt." When Reznor does try for something immediate and visceral, he sounds recycled.

This limited edition CD release of Howard Shore's original motion picture score to 1983's big-screen, dramatic sci-fi thriller VIDEODROME, starring James Woods, Sonja Smits and Deborah Harry, and written and directed by David Cronenberg, features a remastered and restored presentation of the film's notable score. Another creative triumph in his long-running collaboration with writer/director David Cronenberg, composer Shore's riveting work for VIDEODROME is a thrilling and experimental blend of synth and strings that expertly explores and weaves the film's complex tapestry of psychological drama, eroticism, science fiction and politics together in haunting and seductive fashion. Produced by Howard Shore and Alan Frey and mastered by Simon Gibson at Abbey Road Studios, this limited CD release of 2000 units presents the restored film score and features exclusive, in-depth liner notes by writer Jeff Bond, (featuring comments from the composer), and art direction by Dan Goldwasser.

"Who's Next" is British rock band The Who's fifth studio album, originally released in 1971. The record hit number 1 on the UK Top 40 Albums and peaked at number 4 on the US Billboard 200 chart in 1971. The record produced hit songs "Won't Get Fooled Again", "Behind Blue Eyes" and "Baby O'Riley". Who's Next originated from songwriter Pete Townshend's multi-media rock opera "Lifehouse". The first disc of the Deluxe Edition contains the nine tracks from the original album containing the original mix, followed by six outtakes, of which "Getting in Tune" and "Won't Get Fooled Again" were previously unreleased. Each of the six outtakes was recorded during the Record Plant sessions in March 1971 before work restarted in the UK. The tracks on the second disc were recorded live on 26 April 1971 at the Young Vic Theatre, London.
