The first recordings made by Rocío Jurado of flamenco that made her succeed before she became the extraordinary copla interpreter. They are recordings of the period 1962-1966. Las primeras grabaciones que hizo Rocío Jurado de flamenco y que le hicieron triunfar antes de convertirse en la intérprete extraordinaria de copla. Son grabaciones del período 1962-1966.

2016 marks the 40th anniversary of Jean Martinon’s death. This 14-CD collection focuses on Martinon’s activity with the Orchestre National de l’O.R.T.F between 1968 and 1975 and on repertoire – much of it French – that complements the works by Debussy and Ravel that feature on Martinon’s best-known recordings. The box brings together recordings he made for both EMI and Erato and also includes the first commercial releases of live recordings kept at France’s Institut national de l'audiovisuel (INA) and dating from 1970 (Roussel’s Symphony No 3), 1971 (Bartók’s Miraculous Mandarin) and 1972 (Falla’s complete Three-Cornered Hat).

Essa é uma lista da discografia das escolas de samba do Grupo especial do Carnaval do Rio de Janeiro por ano de lançamento. A lista traz as faixas contidas em cada álbum e seus respectivos intérpretes e compositores. O primeiro álbum foi lançado em 1968 e desde então é produzido anualmente.

THE FIRST OF THE TWELVE discs in this collection of Anna Moffo’s RCA recital recordings begins with a 1960 performance of the jewel song from Gounod’s Faust, and that selection, along with the others on this disc, sets out the singer’s basic assets and liabilities. It’s a fresh lyric sound - Moffo was twenty-eight that year - ven throughout the range, accurate in pitch and coloratura, with a good try at a trill.
