Rattalino

Chopin, considerato dai contemporanei come un esponente eccellente di un settore minore della musica, quello del pianoforte, diventerà per i posteri uno tra i maggiori creatori in assoluto. A raccontarne la storia, nella forma della finzione letteraria, in questo libro sono Chopin stesso e coloro che lo incontrarono. La forma è romanzata, la sostanza, però, è solidissima dato che il maestro Rattalino è uno dei massimi esperti di pianismo e che al pianoforte il musicista polacco dedicò per intero la sua breve vita.

Italian pianist Marino Nahon graduated with honours in piano at the “Verdi” Conservatory in Milan, where he also specialized in vocal chamber music.

Vacatello comes from a musical family: her mother, Pina, was a pianist and now is a piano teacher and her father, Antonio, is a piano tuner as well as a professor and musician.

Pietro Beltrani is a pianist, composer, and arranger based in Italy. He graduated from the Conservatorio Rossini with full marks and honors, and later obtained a diploma at the International Piano Academy "Incontri col Maestro" in Imola, studying with Franco Scala and Piero Rattalino. Being awarded over 20 prizes in national piano competitions, he has played in all the most important Italian halls and theaters. In 2021, he released his classical debut album with Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 3, and founded the Beltrani Modern Piano Trio. His discography ranges from classical music to jazz, and original compositions that bridge these two worlds.

Giuseppe began studying piano at the age of five and graduated in 1996 at Conservatory "G. Rossini " in Pesaro under the guidance of Annamaria Cristina Raffa. He then attended the Imola International Piano Academy under the supervision of Franco Scala and Piero Rattalino, achieving the master title (the highest certificate released by this institution) in 2003.

Gianluca Luisi (born 1970 in Osimo) is an Italian pianist known for his interpretations of J. S. Bach. whose complete The Well-Tempered Clavier he recorded.

Giovanni Bellucci is one of the most interesting and extraordinary pianists of today.
