Rock And Roll Hall of Fame 25th Anniversary Concert

On October 29th and 30th, 2009, rock 'n' roll royalty held court at Madison Square Garden for what have been called "the best concerts ever," where "rock 'n' roll history was made." In celebration of the 25th Anniversary of the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame, the concerts in New York City featured a who's who of rock from the ‘50s to the ‘90s and included artists performing together in unique combinations that will most likely never be seen again.

For a quarter century, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame has honored rock’s most influential figures. Last October, they celebrated their 25th anniversary with two star-studded, once-in-a-lifetime concerts. The 25th Anniversary Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Concerts documents these unprecedented events and features incredible collaborations. The roster featured a who’s who of rock including artists performing together in unique combinations that will most likely never be witnessed again.

Part of the 25h Anniversary CD / DVD Deluxe Edition is the new Making Of the Album Docu-Video "Mystery Girl: Unraveled" for Roy's sons Wesley, Roy and Alex draw just as responsible as for the compilation that they their honor have compiled father. After taking in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1987, the overwhelming concert "A Black and White Night" (1988) and the "Travellin Wilburys" project Roy went back into the studio: out came the masterpiece "Mystery Girl," Roy's first Platinum album, with the hits "You Got It", "She's a Mystery to Me" and "California Blue". The Deluxe Edition contains 9 unreleased bonus tracks, including the new song "The Way Is Love" based on a lost demo.
