A double-disc compilation of over two and a half hours of remixes, Auntie Aubrey's Excursions Beyond the Call of Duty, Pt. 1 includes Orb reworkings of well-known bands (Primal Scream, Erasure, Depeche Mode, Killing Joke) and more obscure acts (Keiichi Suzuki, Love Kittens). Several mixes sound a bit dated, and the scattershot quality of the set can distract listeners, but the inclusion of several epiphanous moments (Material's "Praying Mantra," Primal Scream's "Higher Than the Sun," and Sun Electric's "O'Locco") makes the album worthwhile for fans.

A fine compilation of the the Detroit rocker's good times gonzos. "Motor City Madhouse" is a track from Ted's first solo album and the madness has never left! A powerful, high-decibel guitarist and singer who hit the peak of his fame in the '70s with a gonzo act that earned him the nickname Motor City Madman.

Gold assembled a handful of knowns and unknowns to make special cameos on this melodic and fun collection of original and classic Halloween tunes with a pop-rock bent. Among the haunted are David Cassidy, Karla Bonoff, Linda Ronstadt, Stephen Bishop, Nicolette Larson, and Gold's children and wife. From the Beatlesesque touches of "It Must Be Halloween" (parts seemingly lifted from "Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite") to Boris Karloff's "Monster Mash" and "The Addams Family" theme song, Gold and company offer up treats that kids and their parents will like, including the "Ghostbusters" theme. But with cooler original fare like "The Creature from the Tub" and "Spooky, Scary Skeletons," you have to wonder why they relied on so many predictable cover songs.

Scream is the second solo album of the former Black Sabbath vocalist Tony Martin. Released on November 8, 2005. Emancipation was as expansive an album as anything Prince had ever released. A triple album constituting exactly three hours of music, Emancipation found Prince celebrating the release of music solely on his terms. “This is my most important record,” he proclaimed upon its release. “I’m free, and my music is free.”

This is an in-depth look at the limited edition box sets of Dio’s studio albums from 1996 to 2004, available in both vinyl and CD. These collections encompass albums like “Angry Machines” (1996), “Magica” (2000), “Killing the Dragon” (2002), and “Master of the Moon” (2004).
These box sets are a limited edition offering, featuring 180-gram colored and splatter vinyl. Each album within the collection has its unique charm, with “Angry Machines” being influenced by the new metal wave of the ’90s and “Magica” standing out as a double album epic. The collection also includes a 7-inch single, “Electra,” a part of the second “Magica” album that Dio didn’t have time to complete.

Live And Profane is a bootleg CD by Totonka records. It is essentially a repairing of Totonka’s previous two bootleg releases Tonka 1 and Tonka 2, into a single highly sought after package. Disc one of this bootleg is a recording of the Jane’s Addiction concert from February 14, 1987 Scream at the Embassy Hotel in Los Angeles. The second disc is primarily comprised of Jane’s Addiction at the Pyramid in Hollywood, Los Angeles, CA from November 13, 1986. The final four tracks in this collection may be from the November 27, 1987 show at the Arcadia Theater in Dallax, TX but we haven’t been able to confirm this. The sound quality on both discs is very good, and come from soundboard sources.
This bootleg should not be confused with the single disc bootleg version of Live And Profane released by Great Dane Records, which uses some of the same recorded content found on this collection, as well as the essay about the band. The Mountain Songs bootleg collection uses the exact same musical content as this collection.
