Following the recent release of ‘NOW Yearbook 1981’, we continue to celebrate the remarkable year of pop that was 1981 with ‘NOW – Yearbook Extra 1981’ as a limited edition 3CD. Featuring 66 fabulous tracks that we couldn’t fit on ‘NOW – Yearbook 1981’ – including massive hits and songs that debuted in 1981 and have become enduring favourites.

Compilation, created and thought by Nick The NightFly, musician and DJ of italian Radio Monte Carlo, spacing from jazz, chillout, soul, world and Brazilian music. A musical travel in three cd “Yesterday”, “Today” and “Tonight”, distinguished for typology of music, but joined from the same ability to move.

For his debut on the MoJazz label, the ancient vibraphonist Lionel Hampton was featured with several groups, some more suitable than others. Keyboardist Patrice Rushen largely ruins a funky rendition of "Flying Home" and several of the other songs (the inspid "Jazz Me" and Chaka Khan's feature on "Gossamer Wings") are little more than throwaways. Better is Hampton's collaboration with Tito Puente's band on "Don't You Worry 'Bout a Thing" and his original "Mojazz" even if Grover Washington, Jr., sounds as if he is on automatic pilot on "Another Part of Me."

Wild Horses Rock Steady is a 1972 album by Johnny Hammond, released on Kudu Records. Some of the musicians who play with him include George Benson, Eric Gale, Ron Carter, Billy Cobham, Bernard Purdie, Grover Washington Jr., and many more. This is taken from a 2011 CD pressing released by Masterworks.
