From Dusk Till Dawn: Music from the Motion Picture is the soundtrack album for the 1996 action-comedy-horror film, From Dusk till Dawn, directed by Robert Rodriguez and screenplay by Quentin Tarantino. The album is predominantly Texas blues, featuring such artists as ZZ Top, Stevie Ray Vaughan and Jimmie Vaughan. The film's score was composed by Graeme Revell, and two short excerpts of his work are featured on the album. There are also extracts of dialogue from the film. The Chicano rock band Tito & Tarantula, who portrayed the band in the Titty Twister bar, appears on the soundtrack as well.

Using a two-track machine, this gaggle of crazy kids, and The Residents, produced two experimental tapes, 'Ballad Of Stuffed Trigger' and 'Rusty Coathangers For The Doctor'. Crude and throwaway, this material was never intended to be heard by anybody outside of the group.

Although the Smashing Pumpkins had only released two studio albums by 1994 (1991's Gish and 1993's Siamese Dream), they had an overflow of songs that were either relegated to B-sides on European singles or remained unreleased. Billy Corgan proved to be one of rock's most prolific songwriters of the 1990s alt rock movement – as the quality of these early leftovers were often just as strong as the songs that were officially released. Since nearly all of these songs were never issued domestically, the B-side/rarity collection Pisces Iscariot was issued alongside their first long-form home video, Vieuphoria.

The follow up to their self-titled debut was to be a 2 record set called "Fungo Bat". The band had flown to England and were going to record their but due to lack of work permits they only played one 20min impromptu show and it was back home to the U.S. to record the second album in L.A. with James Lowe (former singer of The Electric Prunes") as engineer. After finalizing the running order and due to increasing friction in the band the group decided to cut the record down to one LP and called it "Nazz Nazz". If the first record was varied this one was even more so. Starting with the sparkling pop of "Forget All About It" and "Gonna Cry Today" to rockers like "Under The Ice" and "Hang On Paul" to the opus "A Beautiful Song" in other words another great album.

The 115 songs include 'The Sun Ain't Gonna Shine Anymore', 'Make It Easy On Yourself', 'There Goes My Baby', 'Doin' The Jerk', 'Everything's Gonna Be Alright' and many many more.

The Killers - Sawdust (2007) Music

Sawdust is an album of B-sides, rarities, covers and remixes by the Las Vegas rock band The Killers. Sawdust includes "All The Pretty Faces" (which was the b-side of "When You Were Young"); two movie soundtrack tunes, "Shadowplay" (a Joy Division cover from Control, Anton Corbijn's biopic of Ian Curtis) and "Move Away" (from Spiderman 3); as well as a cover of Kenny Rogers & The First Edition's "Ruby, Don't Take Your Love To Town" (written by Mel Tillis). The collection will also contain songs which weren't completed for Hot Fuss and Sam's Town. The Killers recently went back into the studio to finish the tracks, including "Tranquilize" featuring Rock & Roll Hall of Famer Lou Reed.
