is a comic book 4-part mini-series published by the Epic Comics imprint of Marvel from July to October, 1984. It was followed by a sequel series in 1986 titled Six from Sirius II. Six From Sirius featured the incredible pairing of writer/creator Doug Moench and artist/creator Paul Gulacy, best known for their collaborative run on Marvel Comics' , among other classics. The series, featuring the intergalactic adventures of a team of agents, combined action, intrigue and suspense, all against the backdrop of that final frontier - space! It remains a high-water mark for action-filled science fiction comics.

Following the 189-issue run of Wolverine Volume 2, Marvel published a new ongoing solo series, with the now official library designation . In Wolverine Vol. 3 issues #73 and #74 the character of Daken, Wolverine's son, and who first appeared in the other co-ongoing Wolverine solo series, (March 2007), was eased into the storyline. After issue #74, was released (September 23, 2009), and it served as the finale of sorts to the title as a Wolverine solo series because by issue #75 the title was changed to , where the focus shifted to Daken--aka "Dark Wolverine"--as a cross-over series to Marvel's storyline. Dark Wolverine would run for 16 monthly issues, until issue #90 released last August 25, 2010. It should be noted that Dark Wolverine issues #75-90 is Wolverine Volume 3 issues #75-90 in library terms. marks the end of both and as series. In the free one-shot direct edition comic book (posted by yours truly, link in details) a backgrounder as regards Logan's relationship to his son Daken is given and it sets the stage for the next Wolverine ongoing series (now Volume 4), and the next Dark Wolverine ongoing series, . With this compilation, Wolverine Volume 3 with its 90 issues (#1-74 previously posted) is complete.

was a spin-off series from the original 8-issue mini-series . As with its parent series, Wolverine: First Class reinvents the early days of an all-new, all-different X-Men. The first story arc focused on the solo adventures of green recruit Kitty Pryde and the character that ranked #1 out of "Wizard Magazine's Top 200 Comic Book Characters of All Time." From the onset this series was obviously is intended to broaden Wolverine's appeal to a younger demographic, and it worked, as Kitty Pryde really was the star (along with the other new recruits), with Wolverine being more of a grumpy mentor in the background. After 21-issues, the series was discontinued.

As previously mentioned, a high-water mark for action-filled science fiction comics.

Reminiscent of the well-known Japanese manga , the series follows X-Man and title character Cable, who is charged by Wolverine with the protection of the Messiah child, the first mutant born after the M-War, and their time travel adventures. The dangers of the future, highlighted by their pursuit by the mutant known as Lucas Bishop are balanced with the humor of "Cable the Soldier" becoming "Cable the Nanny." Issue #16, released July 1, 2009 immediately follows the conclusion of the Messiah War crossover storyline and starts the new story arc. "Too Late For Tears."
