Welcome to another selection of modern progressive music for you to enjoy, with the latest Prog cover CD. As usual, there is a mix of bands, some of whom we all know, some of whom we are acquainting ourselves with for the very first time. So we kick off 2018 with a strong selection, boasting our cover stars Anathema, the delightful Beatrix Players and rising French proggers Weend'ô as more established names.

Riding the waves of his success with Anathema’s latest album The Optimist, which includes a worldwide headline tour, multiple summer music festivals and an Album of the Year nomination for the 2017 Progressive Music Awards, the band’s driving force, Daniel Cavanagh has released his new solo album, Monochrome.

Known/Learned is the third album from this thought provoking progressive band from Brisbane, Australia. It s a sprawling 2CD collection of themes and moments, captured between recurring characters. While never explicitly told in the traditional vein of the concept album , the imagery of Known/Learned depicts fragmented moments in the lives of a father and his daughter, their loss, their love, their journey. A bittersweet love song for life.
