Named among Yahoo Music's Top 10 Bands to Watch in 2017, The Accidentals new album, ODYSSEY, affirms the band's place among contemporary music's most original and adventurous new bands. Multi-instrumentalists Sav Buist and Katie Larson joined on stage and in the studio by drummer Michael Dause have crafted a genre all their own, fueled by their uniquely limitless approach to musicality and songcraft. Lyrically powerful songs like Earthbound and the potent title track see the band embracing their choice to lead an unconventional life with all its many surprising twists and turns.

The ultimate soundtrack for the acclaimed TV series features songs used in the show. Most of them come from the show’s time period in the 1960s and 1970s, but the album also includes three songs by cast members, two selections by composer David Carbonara, one song by The Decemberists, and RJD2’s theme song.

"The Queen of Hearts" is the debut album from Offa Rex, an adventurous project featuring English singer/multi-instrumentalist Olivia Chaney and The Decemberists. Produced and recorded by Tucker Martine (Modest Mouse, My Morning Jacket, Neko Case) and Colin Meloy at Martine's studio in Portland, OR, the album draws largely on traditional English-Irish-Scottish repertoire to create a transatlantic musical conversation that flirts with psychedelia and folk rock while maintaining its own inimitable identity.

Blue Cranes are a key player in the Portland, Oregon creative music/DIY scene and are a microcosm of what post-jazz has become at the regional level as a result of bands like The Bad Plus, The Claudia Quintet, Happy Apple, Dave Douglas and others. The individual members of the band bring a unique array of experiences to the group, including work with The Decemberists, Laura Veirs, AU, Rebecca Gates, Laura Gibson, Ethan Rose, Black Prairie, and Spoon. Swim, produced by The Decemberists' bassist Nate Query, highlights the band's song-centered aesthetic.
