Rabbit Junk's first full length album since 2010! This is Rabbit Junk's most ambitious album to date and the effort reaches new levels of song writing, production, and intensity. Influenced by the resurgence of the cyber punk aesthetic and responding to the dark mood of an increasingly authoritarian planet, this record seeks to capture the liberating yet terrifying moment in which we accept our mortality and take responsibility for our one guaranteed life. Rabbit Junk will die - we intend to make this life count for something!

After the Nazi administrator of Czechoslovakia is shot, his assassin tries to elude the Gestapo and struggles with his impulse to give himself up as hostages are executed.

Why is belief in an afterlife so persistent across times and cultures? And how can it coexist with disbelief in an afterlife? Most modern thinkers hold that afterlife belief serves such important psychological and social purposes as consoling survivors, enforcing morality, dispensing justice, or giving life meaning. Yet the earliest, and some more recent, afterlives strikingly fail to satisfy those needs.

Die Toten Hosen is a German punk band from Düsseldorf that has been highly successful in Germany since the 1980s. The band's name literally means "The Dead Pants/Trousers". "Tote Hose" is a German expression meaning "nothing going on" or "boring". Their name can figuratively be translated as "The Dead Beats".
