I like Green Lantern. I suppose it's because along with Batman and Superman, it was the only other DC title I was exposed to as an impressionable child. Because of my Papa, I was immersed in later Silver Age Marvel comics. One other reason why I like Green Lantern is because of the concept of a power ring that gives the user great control over the physical world as long as the wielder has sufficient willpower and strength to wield it. Even though the possessor was already carefully selected for his/her worthiness, ultimately the choice of whether to use such power for good or evil rests upon whoever has the ring, a concept that is repeated in myriad forms over the years in literature, and throughout man's history. So here is the compiled Volume 4 of the continuing Green Lantern saga from issue #1 thereof released July 2005 up to the latest issue #60 released December 15, 2010. Issue #43 up to the current issue #60 are all high-quality Minutemen scans, and all with multiple covers.

Green Lantern: Beware My Power (2022)
Recently discharged Marine sniper John Stewart is at a crossroads in his life, one which is only complicated by receiving an extraterrestrial ring which grants him the powers of the Green Lantern of Earth. Unfortunately, the ring doesn't come with instructions - but it does come with baggage, like a horde of interplanetary killers bent on eliminating every Green Lantern in the universe. Now, with the aid of the light-hearted Green Arrow, Adam Strange and Hawkgirl, this reluctant soldier must journey into the heart of a galactic Rann/Thanagar war and somehow succeed where all other Green Lanterns have failed.
