Evan Salvacion is an Upright/Electric Bassist, Composer, Guitarist and Educator that currently lives in Chicago, IL. Originally from New Jersey, Evan’s musical career started in high school as a part of the award winning Scotch Plains/Fanwood Moonglowers and a member of the Somerset Jazz Consortium. Evan received his Bachelors degree in Jazz Bass Performance from Oberlin Conservatory in 2014 and his Masters Degree in Music Improvisation from the University of Michigan in 2015. After graduating, he was a prominent figure in the Miami Jazz scene before moving to Chicago in 2017.

Back on Indiana Avenue: The Carroll DeCamp Recordings is a collection of previously-unissued recordings from jazz guitar legend Wes Montgomery captured live and in studio in his hometown of Indianapolis, Indiana in the mid-to-late 1950s by renowned arranger/pianist Carroll DeCamp (Stan Kenton, Les Elgart), who played and hung out with Wes around that time. The deluxe, limited-edition 180g 2LP set includes an extensive liner notes insert with rare photos, essays by jazz scholar Lewis Porter and producer Zev Feldman, interviews with guitar icons George Benson and John Scofield, plus guitarist and Carroll DeCamp's nephew Royce Campbell and saxophonist/educator/publisher Jamey Aebersold. Back on Indiana Avenue Again is mastered by the legendary Bernie Grundman at Bernie Grundman Mastering in Hollywood, CA and pressed at Record Technology, Inc. (RTI).

Beginning her concentration on the trumpet, Leala quickly advanced and began to take music more seriously. Helium powered synths spin out surging melodies against compound rhythms and chord progressions climb ever heavenward. Call it "happy prog," complex, cheerful music that nods to Frank Zappa without getting clenched or sarcastic, apes Yes just a bit but never gets ponderous (and eschews vocals).
