Craig Armstrong has been tapped to score the upcoming drama Me Before You. The film is directed by Thea Sharrock (The Hollow Crown: Henry V) and stars Emilia Clarke, Sam Claflin, Janet McTeer, Brendan Coyle, Matthew Lewis, Samantha Spiro, Vanessa Kirby, Jenna Coleman, Charles Dance, Stephen Peacock and Ben Lloyd-Hughes. The movie is based on the novel of the same title by Jojo Moyes and follows a woman in a small town who forms an unlikely bond with a recently paralyzed man she’s taking care of. Scott Neustadter & Michael H. Weber (The Fault in Our Stars, The Spectacular Now, (500) Days of Summer) have written the screenplay. Karen Rosenfelt (Twilight & Percy Jackson series, Max) and Alison Owen (Saving Mr. Banks, Jane Eyre) are producing the MGM and New Line Cinema production.
