The band members began to work on new material amidst their saturated schedule however, spending their free time in their tour bus’s studio. They officially announced the production of a new studio album in December 2002, revealing their new work was inspired by the rocky region of Meteora in Greece, where monasteries have been built on top of the rocks. Linkin Park returned in 2024 with a Number One UK album in the shape of ‘From Zero’. 16th May 2025 sees the release of an extended deluxe edition of From Zero showcasing three new songs, five live tracks recorded around the world and all new, expanded packaging.

Road to Revolution: Live at Milton Keynes is the second live CD/DVD compilation by Linkin Park. It was recorded during the band's annual Projekt Revolution festival tour at the Milton Keynes National Bowl on June 29, 2008. It was originally planned to be released on November 25, 2008 but was changed to November 24. The concert featured material from all five of the band's albums, including Collision Course with Jay-Z and The Rising Tied by Fort Minor.
