Mood Six were a so-called neo-psychedelic band formed in London's West End in 1981. Emerging from the remnants of punk bands (Security Risk ), mod revival groups like The Merton Parkas and the VIPs and R'n'B combo The Assets. their original lineup included Phil Ward, Tony Conway, Andy Godfrey, Guy Morley, Paul Shurey, and Simon Smith. This double cd anthology features their three albums: The Difference Is…", "A Matter of.." and "And This Is It" alongside with singles,b-sides, rariities and two brand new songs.
This album is like hearing Frankie Goes to Hollywood or New Order. Not bad if you aren't into prog music and like the 80's. but please, it isn't for any prog lover who likes the 70's releases of BMS. You've been warned, this album has nothing to do with the 70's BMS, is another band. The same sad thing happened with Genesis in the 80's.

Venerated synthpop act Boytronic has created music since the 1980's. Influenced by Kraftwerk, The Human League, Visage & Depeche Mode, the band and its lineup evolved, from technopop, through flirtations with 80's electro-dance & 90's techno. The 2017 album, Jewel, amalgamates all of these influences, along with touches of Erasure, Pet Shop Boys, & more into a delightful modern synthpop album.
Time Life was founded in 1961 as the book division of Time Inc.. It took its name from Time Inc.'s cornerstone magazines, Time and Life, but remained independent of both. During 1966, Time Life combined its book offerings with music collections (two to five records) and packaged them as a sturdy box set. Throughout the 1970s and 1980s, the selection of books, music and videos grew and was diversified into more genres. When record labels stopped producing vinyl albums in 1990, Time Life switched to CD only. In the mid-1990s, Time Life acquired Heartland Music, with the Heartland Music label now appearing as a brand. This company was subsequently sold off and is no longer attached to Time Life.
