If you close your eyes, the space around you begins to pulsate. Martin Kohlstedt’s new album, FLUR is the German composer’s way forward in a time of no clear paths. To deliver its ten tracks, Martin turns inwards – not for answers, but rather, for a way of working with doubts and uncertainties themselves.

Intuitively Martin Kohlstedt feels his way through this body of wood, felt hammers and steel strings. The young composer, who grew up in the forests of Thuringia, doesn’t just put on an anonymous fingerplay - he perpetually opens himself up with each and every moment, with every stroke of the keys. An attempt to create something close and personal - beyond sophisticated classics or artificial pathos. "Strom" is Martin Kohlstedt's third studio album.

Warner Classics is the classical music arm of Warner Music Group. The label began issuing new recordings under the Warner Classics banner in 1991. The company also includes the Erato Records, Teldec Records and NVC Arts labels. Based in France, Warner Classics also distributes the Lontano and Finlandia labels. The label developed a larger profile when it absorbed EMI Classics with that labels output absorbed into the Warner Classics label.

Originally, Café Del Mar was a bar located in Sant Antoni de Portmany, a town on the western coast of Ibiza. The collections of the music played at the bar were first sold on cassette at the end of the 1980s. In 1994, the first official “Café del Mar” CD was released, which included works by world-renowned artists. Following the great success of the first release, a total of 20 volumes of the main compilation series have been released.

With no sign of ceasing, Ministry of Sound returns the legendry series for its 7th consecutive year. Chilled House Session 7 is released on the 12th February. Forward-thinking laidback club anthems has seen a mass rise in popularity with the summer 2015 emergence of Tropical House, and with that, listeners are yearning to fill their ears with something as suitably on-point from winter through to spring. In an interview with Mike Wass from Idolator, James said he wrote the song in two or three hours. He said it is his voice in the chorus and a blend of his and George Maples in the verses. James added It made sense to me to write a song and not a dance track. Jaded is a song by British electronic duo Disclosure. Hot Chip will be touring the US, this May and June including an intimate club show at Oval Space in London.
