Mountain Man—the trio of Amelia Meath, Alexandra Sauser-Monnig, and Molly Sarlé—release Look at Me Don’t Look at Me, a live album recorded in November 2018 at Saint Mark’s Cathedral in Seattle, today on Nonesuch Records.

Dead & Company is an American jam band consisting of former Grateful Dead members Bob Weir (guitar), Mickey Hart (drums), and Bill Kreutzmann (drums), along with John Mayer (guitar), Oteil Burbridge (bass/drums), and Jeff Chimenti (keyboards).

The Ozark Mountain Daredevils' third album for A&M continues their good-natured Southern chooglin' with hints of a newfound mid-70s AM pop vibe. Although it was recorded in Nashville, The Car Over the Lake Album has a distinctly Californian vibe on several tracks, particularly those written and sung by drummer Larry Lee, whose contributions could ride along "Ventura Highway" with any of America's recordings.

The Ozark Mountain Daredevils, while not being the most successful country-rock outfit, had released five fine albums prior to Don't Look Down. Their sound had changed little over the years, which suited most fans who frankly wanted more of the same.

Recorded when Alabama was in its prime, „Mountain Music“ combines pop rock with country in a very distinctive, always catchy manner. The Mountain Goats are an American indie folk band formed in Claremont, California by singer-songwriter John Darnielle. "Tallahassee" is their eighth studio album. The album focuses on semi-fictional accounts of band leader John Darnielle's years as a teenager, particularly his friends' and acquaintances' experiences in California and in Portland, Oregon as methamphetamine addicts. One of the provisional titles for the album was New Age Music Will Save Your Wretched Soul. "We Shall All Be Healed" was generally liked by critics. The critics look at this album song by song leading to a difference of opinion on the different direction The Mountain Goats have taken in the albums creation. With a new production style and a band playing alongside John Darnielle comes the criticism on how this changes the heart of the music.

My Tennessee Mountain Home, released in 1973, is the 11th solo studio album by Dolly Parton, the title track of which became one of her better-known compositions. Largely a concept album about her childhood in rural East Tennessee, the album began with a recitation of the first letter Parton wrote to her parents, shortly after moving from her hometown of Sevierville, Tennessee to Nashville in 1964.
