Welcome to my brand new fitness workout – the 21 Day Fat Burn! I’ve lost over 6 stone so you could say I’ve become a bit of a weight loss expert. Keeping fit and healthy has become such a massive part of my life that I am now a qualified personal trainer! Within my new programme you get three workouts each using different energy systems designed to raise your metabolic rate, build up muscle… and burn fat. At the end, there is a fourth and final workout designed to test how you’re improving each week. This is my Fitness Test.
