Tjoe Man Cheung is a young Hong Kong born guitarist, composer, arranger and producer who has been living in London since January 2015. During his year in the capital he has been establishing himself on the city’s jazz scene playing at venues such as Rich Mix in Shoreditch, Map Studio Café in Kentish Town, Stage 3 in Hackney, Pizza Express Jazz Club and the late night jam at Ronnie Scott’s.

Flow is the mesmerising new digital only album from Cardiff based trio, Slowly Rolling Camera, augmented with sublime talents of saxophonist Josh Arcoleo, trumpeter Verneri Pohjola and guitarist Stuart McCallum.

Jakob Dinesen newest release 'Slow Flow' is an album that seeks to convey a dream of a future world at peace with itself.

"The term ‘Northern European Jazz’ often conjures up images of open fjords accompanied by a spacious minimal soundscape alluding to the greatness of mountains and the insignificance of one’s existence. A humbling meditative introspection being the listeners emotional response. ‘Grow With The Flow’ evokes an evolutionary deeper reflection, encouraging the listener to imagine a world without borders, and inspires one to consider each individual’s responsibility in bringing border-less existence into fruition. A fine balance between quiet gentle pacing and a driving yet measured forward motion.

Thurston Moore’s forthcoming album, FLOW CRITICAL LUCIDITY is his ninth solo recording. Some of the songs were written & arranged in Europe and The United Kingdom and include lyrical references to their environments and inspired by nature, lucid dreaming, modern dance and Isadora Duncan .The album was arranged at La Becque in Switzerland and recorded at Total Refreshment Studios in London in 2022, and mixed at Hermitage Studios in Lon[1]don with Margo Broom in 2023.

To quote Edward Dusinberre, leader of the Takács Quartet, Flow by the American composer and violist Nokuthula Ngwenyama expresses 'a sometimes defiant spirit of playfulness and wonder', and it's a spirit which is eloquently captured in this, its first recording.

It is in the nature of the new that it more or less eludes established categories, although these are a good starting point if one wishes to approach something new. Therefore it makes sense to consider the works of the Swiss composer William Blank, from a chamber music perspective.

Onyx Brass, described by BBC Music Magazine as "the classiest brass ensemble in Britain", celebrate their 30th anniversary in 2023 with their second release on NMC. Since its establishment the group have been pioneers in advocating the brass quintet as a medium for excellent new chamber music, and have commissioned over 200 new works. This new album, The sun is free to flow with the sea, perfectly epitomises Onyx and their values, as a compendium of new music written specially for the quintet by some of the most renowned composers working today.
