In early 1973, Genesis allowed the taping of a couple of live shows for broadcast in America as part of the King Biscuit Flower Hour syndicated radio show – most of their current set, drawn from their albums up through 1972's Foxtrot, was represented. A few months later, Tony Stratton-Smith, the head of Charisma, to which the group was signed, approached them about allowing him to fill the extended gap between Foxtrot and their next album, Selling England by the Pound, by releasing a live album from this same taped performance. The bandmembers, who now say they were somewhat distracted at the time by their work on the new album, agreed to it.
Digitally remastered and expanded 3 CD edition. Cherry Red Records is both delighted and proud to announce the newly remastered and expanded release of Howard Jones third long player album One To One. Released in October 1986, One To One was produced by the legendary producer Arif Mardin and saw a change in Howard's writing and musical style. The album reached #10 in the UK Album Charts selling over 100,000 copies and achieving Gold status. It contained three tracks that were released as singles in the UK: 'All I Want', 'You Know I Love You… Don't You?', and 'Little Bit Of Snow'. It also contained the single mix of 'No One Is To Blame' (a song featured on his previous album Dream Into Action) with Phil Collins on drums and backing vocals. As well as achieving great success in the UK, One To One and the various singles taken from it also enjoyed tremendous success internationally in such countries as USA, Canada, Australia and throughout most of Europe. One To One reached #10 in the UK and also made the album charts in USA, Australia, Holland, Canada and Sweden.

Without the drumming of Phil Collins, who does appear on some of Brand X's albums, Masques still maintains a snug, jazzy-prog milieu and comes off clean and tight. Each song has a different beat, speed, and tempo with a satisfying assortment of keyboards and percussion instruments to keep the entire album afloat…
