The goth aesthetic forged in those tiny west end dives has gone on to inform generation after generation of bands from Nine Inch Nails to Yungblud as well as walking fashion runways for Burberry, McQueen and Galiano and giving Hollywood a whole new dark palette to work with - from Tim Burton's weird cinematic adventures to TV shows as diverse as Buffy The Vampire Slayer and American Horror Story.

Back Lot Music will release the official soundtrack album for M. Night Shyamalan’s Glass. The album features the film’s original music composed by West Dylan Thordson (Split, Joy, 3 Generations) who incorporated some of James Newton Howard’s themes from 2000’s Unbreakable into his score. The soundtrack will be released digitally next Friday, January 18 and is now available for pre-order on iTunes, where you can also check out audio samples. Glass is written and directed by Shyamalan and stars James McAvoy, Bruce Willis, Anya Taylor-Joy, Sarah Paulson, Samuel L. Jackson, Spencer Treat Clark and Charlayne Woodard. The comic book thriller will be released in theaters nationwide on January 18 by Universal Pictures.

Reba McEntire is celebrating the 15-year anniversary of her hit album Keep On Loving You by releasing it on vinyl for the first time on Friday, December 6th via UMG Nashville. The project marked the multifaceted global star’s 27th studio album, originally released on August 18, 2009, and produced by Tony Brown, Mark Bright, and McEntire. The album includes “Strange,” which is the highest-debuting single of McEntire’s career, as well as the hit single “Consider Me Gone,” McEntire’s first No. 1 hit since “Somebody” in August 2004. The song also became the biggest hit of her career, topping the charts for four weeks. The album’s third single, the Ronnie Dunn-co-written title track, was released in February 2010 and became a Top Ten hit on the country charts.

H.Hawkline (Huw Evans) has today announced details of the release of his fifth album, Milk For Flowers. Released on Friday 10th March 2023 via Heavenly Recordings, the album was produced and features musical contributions from long-time collaborator and celebrated solo artist Cate Le Bon.
