Face à l'incompréhension de la population française quant au montant des crédits alloués à la recherche spatiale, le gouvernement lance une vaste opération de communication. En partenariat avec le Centre spatial français, un grand jeu est organisé. "Le ticket pour l'espace", un jeu à gratter, va permettre à deux civils de séjourner dans la station orbitale européenne, en compagnie d'un équipage professionnel. L'opération est un immense succès. Tout se passe bien, jusqu'à ce que l'un des deux gagnants prenne la station en otage…

Lack of support from a tax weary French public threatens to jeopardise France’s programme of space research. The head of the research team, Simon Werburger, comes up with an idea to raise the necessary funding – a new scratch card which will offer two ordinary French citizens the chance to spend a fortnight aboard the space station. Although the scheme is a success, the man charged with piloting the shuttle to the space station, Beaulieu, refuses to take part in what he considers to be a cynical marketing ploy. He changes his mind when he learns that Soizic, the woman he worships, has been assigned to the mission. The two winners are announced…

Ils se heurtent à Allison Reed, épidémiologiste gouvernementale qui entend bien les écarter des lieux. Mais au final, tous devront s'unir pour combattre les nouvelles et étranges formes de vie qui se reproduisent rapidement…

When a meteor crashes into the Arizona desert, local community college professors Ira Kane (Duchovny) and Harry Block (Jones) are shocked to discover that it has introduced rapidly evolving aliens to Earth. Although the professors try to keep their discovery a secret, the U.S. military takes over the investigation, sealing off the fantastic creatures and the environment that the aliens have established. But when aliens start popping up on nearby golf courses and in the local mall, it's up to Kane and Block to save the world. With a little help from Allison Reed (Julianne Moore), a clumsy scientist with the Center for Disease Control, and Wayne Green (Seann William Scott), a dim-witted country club pool manager and fireman-wannabe, the two professors devise a plan using an unlikely weapon to kill the alien population before it wipes out the human race.

The British Army occupies the streets and forcefully detains all illegal immigrants and suspected sympathizers. Theo, an activist turned apathetic bureaucrat, learns that the world's youngest human, an eighteen-year-old, has been stabbed to death. Theo narrowly avoids a café bomb explosion, attributed to the Fishes—an underground resistance group advocating the rights of immigrants. Theo visits his friend, Jasper Palmer, a former editorial cartoonist and aging hippie. Jasper lives in a secluded hideaway in the countryside and spends his time growing cannabis and caring for his catatonic wife.

C'est le 16 novembre 2027, et l'on rapporte dans tous les médias à travers le monde le meurtre de celui que l'on appelait « bébé Diego ». Âgé de 18 ans, il était la plus jeune personne sur Terre et le dernier enfant né recensé. Theo Faron, un ancien activiste politique devenu employé de bureau, apparaît peu touché par cette nouvelle alors que le monde pleure le jeune homme. Il quitte un café à Londres juste avant qu'une bombe ne pulvérise l'établissement. Le gouvernement accuse les « Poissons » (Fishes), un groupe terroriste qui combat pour le droit des immigrés. Remué par l'explosion, Theo rend visite à son ami, Jasper Palmer, un ancien cartooniste politique, vivant à la campagne, et partageant son temps entre la culture du cannabis et l'assistance à sa femme catatonique, une ancienne photographe de guerre, torturée par le gouvernement.

Dr. Sebastian Caine (Kevin Bacon), a brilliant but megalomaniacal molecular biologist, works on an invisibility serum for the U.S. military. His current project is reversing the invisibility effect on his test subject, a female gorilla named Isabelle. Working late one night he solves the problem and is able to return the gorilla to the visible world. Although he works on the serum virtually non-stop, he still finds time to obsess about his ex-girlfriend Linda McKay (Elisabeth Shue), another scientist on his team, who, unbeknownst to Sebastian, is currently dating Matt Kensington (Josh Brolin), yet another team member. Sebastian and his team, that also includes animal vets Sarah Kennedy (Kim Dickens) and Carter Abbey (Greg Grunberg) and technicians Frank Chase (Joey Slotnick) and Janice Walton (Mary Randle) eventually do figure out how to get the serum to work on animals, bringing the gorilla back to visibility. Afterwards, the team eagerly looks forward to obtaining clearance for clinical trials on humans.

Un brillant scientifique, Sebastian Caine, travaille pour les services secrets. Il vient de mettre au point une formule pour rendre invisible. Apres l'avoir testee avec succes sur lui-meme, il s'apercoit qu'il ne peut plus inverser le phenomene. Ses collegues tentent alors de trouver une solution. Mais Caine devient de plus en plus obsede par son nouveau pouvoir et se persuade peu a peu que ses collegues en veulent a sa vie.

Kay (Jones) had returned to civilian life at the end of the first film (with no memory of his past life), while Jay (Smith) went on with the men in black. When evil alien Serleena (Boyle) takes the entire MiB hostage, lone escapee Jay must convince Kay to help him save the galaxy. So-so effort suffers from lackluster script and doesn't have the spark of the original, but is helped along by solid performances all around. There are plenty of amusing scenes, mostly provided by the supporting players. Warburton is funny as an early MiB washout, Shalhoub provides some instant energy, and the talking dog does yoeman's work. Should hold up better on the small screen.

Après cinq années dans les « Men in Black », l'agent J, qui n'a toujours pas de partenaire, est confronté à un crime impliquant des extra-terrestres, qui n'est qu'une pièce d'un complot menaçant la Terre. Serleena, une extra-terrestre ayant l'apparence d'un top-model, est l'âme du complot. J décide de reprendre son ancien partenaire qui n'a plus de souvenir du MIB et qui a pris sa retraite comme employé des postes.
