The long wait is nearly over, we will at long last be releasing JETHRO TULL Warchild II for the first timeon vinyl on November 24, 2023. WarChild II is a collection of a number of tracks recorded during the War Child sessions from late 1973 andearly 1974. They have all been mixed by Steven Wilson, and were all included on CD2 of the War Child 40th Anniversary Theatre Edition in 2014. These tracks are on vinyl for the very first time with the running orderchosen by Ian Anderson. The album features Ian Anderson (vocals, flute, acoustic guitar, saxophones), Martin Barre (guitars), John Evan (keys), Jeffrey Hammond-Hammond (bass) and Barriemore Barlow (drums and percussion).

Michael Campbell started out as an engineer with the Jamaica Broadcasting Corporation and made reggae history presenting his Dread At The Controls radio program, after which he embarked on a successful career as an innovative performing artist, producer and bona fide dubmaster. This catalogue includes the majestic "Two Track Dub" (a version of the Roots & Culture riddim) and "Demo Dub" (versioning Radio One, featured on the B-side of The Clash' Hitsville UK).

Marc Barreca is an American electronic music composer and also an artist of the first hour of cassette-culture. Inspired by Brian Eno and the Ambient-School he started to record his own music in the mid-70’s. By 1980, he had recorded three tapes –– “In a Foreign Land (1977),” “ Raw Fish & Green Tea / Surrogate Religions” (1979) as well as “Currents” (79/80). All three tapes were released on cassette only & distributed via Eurock-Distribution in an extremely low quantity.
In 1980, he released his first LP, “Twilight,” on K. Leimer's Palace of Lights-label; a cassette, “Music Works for Industry,” would follow in 1983 on Palace of Lights and another cassette, “The Sleeper Wakes,” was released in 1986 on Jeff Greinke’s Intrepid label. Besides performing together with James Husted and Roland Barker as the Seattle-based electronic music group Young Scientist in the late 1970's and early 1980's he also was a member of K. Leimer’s studio group, Savant.

"A Rush of Blood to the Head" is the second studio album by British alternative rock band Coldplay. The album was made available in August 2002, two months after its original planned release date. The album debuted and continued their huge commercial legacy, an ongoing pattern that began with "Parachutes" which made Coldplay one of the best-selling bands worldwide. The album has been critically acclaimed, and the band won the 2003 Grammy for Best Alternative Album for the second year in a row, and the 2004 Grammy for Record of the Year for the song "Clocks". In 2012 it was ranked number 466 on Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Albums of All Time. It was also voted the best album of all time by the listeners of BBC Radio 2 in a poll conducted in 2013.

JAZZ GREAT BOBBY WATSONcelebrates some of the vital but less well-known contributions of African-Americans on Made in America, his first recording on Smoke Sessions Records. Saxophonist and composer Watson does his part to call attention to black pioneers in a variety of fields, from politics to pop culture, science to sports. These compositions are inspired by a few names that should be familiar to jazz fans&emdash;Sammy Davis, Jr., and Grant Green&emdash;but also by more obscure historic figures such as Wendell Pruitt, Butterfly McQueen, Major Taylor, Madam C.J. Walker, Isaac Murphy, Bass Reeves, and Dr. Mark Dean. Watson explains, “This project has been a history lesson for me and I hope it will be a history lesson for the listeners.”
