In The Garden Of Venus is the 1987 album by German duo Modern Talking. This is first release on compact disc in 1988 by Hansa Records.

Women Talking is a highly emotive and inspiring story, based on the best-selling novel by Miriam Toews, that follows a group of women from an isolated religious community who grapple with reconciling their reality with their faith. Hildur Guðnadóttir’s affecting, ruminative score captures the film’s emotional complexity. Rousing guitar-led motifs underpin the folk-influenced score, punctuated by unsettling percussion and mournful strings.

The track list for MUSIC FROM THE MOTION PICTURE: 20th CENTURY WOMEN is peppered with music from the Thirties and Forties, with songs by Benny Goodman and His Orchestra ("In A Sentimental Mood"), Sandy Williams ("After Hours On Dream Street"), and Rudy Vallee and His Connecticut Yankees ("As Time Goes By"). The late-Seventies musical mix highlights American groups like Suicide ("Cheree"), Devo ("Gut Feeling/Slap Your Mammy"), and Germs ("Media Blitz"), as well as English artists like The Raincoats ("Fairytale In The Supermarket"), Siouxsie and the Banshees ("Love In A Void"), and David Bowie ("DJ.")

The Hot Rock is the 1972 soundtrack album by Quincy Jones, released on Prophesy. Some of the musicians on the album include Grady Tate, Carol Kaye, Mike Melvoin, Clare Fischer, Gerry Mulligan, Clark Terry, and Victor Feldman among many. This is taken from an unofficial CD for the album ripped from vinyl, as it has not been digitally released.

Kritzerland is proud to present a world premiere limited edition soundtrack CD: "ROMANTIC COMEDY", Music Composed and Conducted by Marvin Hamlisch. For the score, director Hiller turned to award-winning composer Marvin Hamlisch and it was a perfect match of composer and film. Hamlisch basically came up with one theme for the film and then finds the most beautiful ways to present it – whether up tempo or slow, mournful or romantic, it’s a great theme (and one you’ll be humming for weeks), and while not many composers could make that approach work, Hamlisch does it with nary a false note. For this CD, we used the original three-track session masters housed in the MGM vaults. While we would have loved to include the song “Maybe” that plays over the end credits (sung by Peabo Bryson and Roberta Flack – and credited to Hamlisch, Carole Bayer Sager, and Burt Bacharach), it wasn’t available to us. Happily, Hamlisch recorded an instrumental of the theme, which is what we’ve used to close out the CD. While the score is fairly short, we do present every note of it. It’s always a pleasure to bring more Marvin Hamlisch to CD – the world certainly needs more Hamlisch and it certainly can use a lot more romantic comedy.

Fernando Velázquez is a Spanish composer best known for his orchestral film and television scores, especially his collaborations with director Juan Antonio Bayona. Born in Getxo, Spain, Velázquez played the cello as his main instrument, attending conservatories in Bilbao and Vitoria before studying composition in Paris and Madrid. He first worked with filmmaker Bayona early in both of their careers, on the 2002 short film El Hombre Esponja.
