Wallace and Gromit have a brand new business. The conversion of 62 West Wallaby Street is complete and impressive, the whole house is now a granary with ovens and robotic kneading arms. Huge mixing bowls are all over the place and everything is covered with a layer of flour. On the roof is a 'Wallace patent-pending' old-fashioned windmill. The transformation is perfect. Although business is booming, Gromit is concerned by the news that 12 local bakers have 'disappeared' this year - but Wallace isn't worried. He's too distracted and 'dough-eyed' in love with local beauty and bread enthusiast, Piella Bakewell, to be of much help. While they enjoy being the 'Toast of the Town', Gromit, with his master's life in jeopardy, must be the sleuth and solve the escalating murder mystery - in what quickly becomes a 'Matter of Loaf and Death

Wallace & GromitT knit up trouble in another wacky adventure! Just when Wallace falls in love with the enigmatic Wendolene, owner of the local knitting shop, the intertwined pair get wrapped up in an underground sheep-rustling scheme. Sheep run rampant and Gromit is framed and sent to jail! Get ready for motorcycle chases, prison breaks, and dog food danger as Wallace and his newfound flock rush to save Gromit and his true love. It's a close call and a quick shave as they rustle up a sheepload of fun!

When Wallace and Gromit go over to wash windows, Wallace falls in love with a wool store owner named Wendolene. Meanwhile, Gromit is framed for killing sheep and is put in jail. So with help from the sheep and Wendolene, Wallace must get him out of prison.

Wallace is an absent-minded inventor, cheese enthusiast and companion to the dog, Gromit, who appears to be rather more intelligent than his master.
Cracking Contraptions is a series of ten animated shorts (1 to 4 minutes) featuring Wallace's new inventions and Gromit's sceptical reaction to them. They were created to help Nick Park's new team get experience with the characters and the techniques used as a sort of warm-up before they moved on to the feature film "The Curse of the Were-Rabbit".
