Super Deluxe Edition Of The Band’s 1972 Classic Includes Newly Remastered Original Album Plus 20 Previously Unreleased Studio And Live Recordings.

4CD box set features newly remastered versions of Joni Mitchell’s first four studio albums - Song To A Seagull (1968), Clouds (1969), Ladies Of The Canyon (1970), and Blue (1971). In the case of Song To A Seagull, the original mix has been recently updated by Mitchell and mixer Matt Lee. The cover art for THE REPRISE YEARS (1968-1971) features a previously unseen self-portrait Mitchell painted during the time period that was recently rediscovered in one of her old sketchbooks and includes an essay by Grammy winning singer-songwriter Brandi Carlile.

Coming in 2021 , Matador Records will release GANG OF FOUR: 77-81, a stunning, limited edition box set curated by Jon King, Hugo Burnham and Dave Allen gathering Gang of Four’s influential early work.

Uversal Music/Polydor will release 30th anniversary editions of Nirvana‘s classic 1991 album Nevermind album, in November. While the 4CD+DVD set from ten years ago was concerned with alternate mixes, rehearsals, BBC sessions and Live at the Paramount, a decade on and there is a big focus on live performance. In the 5CD+blu-ray super deluxe, the album itself has been remastered from the original analog tapes (the previous remaster was generally disliked by fans) and added to that are four complete concerts from the Nevermind tour from Amsterdam, Netherlands; Del Mar, California; Melbourne, Australia and Tokyo, Japan.
