A musician since childhood, Charlie Clouser studied electronic music in college in the early 1980’s, and spent the rest of that decade in NYC making records and programming synths on television scores. In the 1990’s he moved to Los Angeles where he began working with Trent Reznor during the making of The Downward Spiral, NIN’s four-million selling breakthrough album, and joined the band as the keyboard player during the subsequent tour. He remained as the keyboard player with NIN throughout the making of The Fragile in New Orleans and multiple touring cycles, during which he also managed to rack up an impressive list of remix and production credits for dozens of artists such as Marilyn Manson, Rob Zombie, David Bowie, Helmet, Rammstein, and many others.

July 2017 saw BABYMETAL perform a series of live shows across Japan, which they referred to as The Five Fox Festival, as well as a Big Fox Festival in October at Osaka-Jo Hall. The Five Fox Festival was notable in that certain restrictions were in place for each show, allowing for specific audiences (such as females only, or elementary school children and 60 and over), and some required a specific dress code.

The full details of the Saw Anthology compilation soundtrack release have been revealed. The albums feature the original score from all eight movies in the Saw series composed by Charlie Clouser (Resident Evil: Extinction, Wayward Pines, Numbers, Death Sentence, Dead Silence). The Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 soundtracks will be released digitally on November 24, 2017 by Lakeshore Records. A physical and vinyl release is also in the works. The Saw series created by James Wan & Leigh Whannell launched in 2004 with Wan’s original Saw movie and was followed by Saw II, III & IV (directed by Darren Lynn Bousman) in 2005, 2006 & 2007, Saw V (directed by David Hackl) in 2008, Saw VI & Saw 3D (directed by Kevin Greutert) in 2009 & 2010 and this year’s Jigsaw (directed by Michael & Peter Spierig). All eight movies were released by Lionsgate.

Live In Tokyo is a live performance from November 14, 2012 at Zepp Tokyo for supergroup PSMS, which features drummer Mike Portnoy (Dream Theater, The Winery Dogs, Transatlantic), bassist Billy Sheehan (Talas, Mr. Big, David Lee Roth), guitarist Tony MacAlpine & keyboardist Derek Sherinian (Black Country Communion, Dream Theater, Billy Idol).
