As a DJ, I was amazed at the personal connection my favorite deejays had with their audiences, through their selections and special re-edits. Legends like Walter Gibbons, Tom Moulton, Jonathon Fearing, Francois K, Shep Pettibone, Danny Krivit and others defined the disco edit and gave songs that would have been forgotten character, depth and tonal beauty.
