Songs of Faith and Devotion is the eighth studio album by English electronic music band Depeche Mode. It was first released on 22 March 1993 in the United Kingdom by Mute Records and a day later in the United States by Sire Records and Reprise Records. The album incorporated a more aggressive, darker rock-oriented tone than its predecessor Violator (1990), largely influenced by the emerging alternative rock and grunge scenes in the United States. Upon its release, Songs of Faith and Devotion reached number one in several countries, and became the first Depeche Mode album to debut atop the charts in both the UK and the US.

Sacrifice is the twelfth solo studio album by English musician Gary Numan, released in October 1994 by Numa Records. Its release followed a self-acknowledged career low point, Machine + Soul (1992), and is often cited as marking the start of a critical and artistic rejuvenation for the one-time pop star. The album was released in the US in 1997 with a different cover by Joseph Michael Linsner, and a new title, Dawn, based on the comic book character of the same name, but the track listing was identical. On Sacrifice, paraphernalia which Numan had previously, by his own admission, relied upon in a bid to make his music more 'radio-friendly', such as saxophone solos, dance rhythms and female backing vocals, were dropped in favour of a back-to-basics approach that saw him playing practically all instruments himself. The result was a dirty industrial sound with darkwave undertones; a departure from preceding albums that was seen by many critics and fans as a return to the best features of his classic early work: brooding synthesizers, distorted guitars and a highly personal lyrical perspective.

Craft Recordings is set to release a deluxe, 20th-anniversary reissue of FILTER's platinum-selling, sophomore album "Title Of Record". Due out August 9, the album has been remastered and will be available on vinyl for the first time, as well as on CD and digital. All formats are expanded featuring four bonus tracks: "(Can't You) Trip Like I Do" (originally recorded for the cult-classic soundtrack "Spawn The Album"), "Jurassitol" (previously released on "The Crow: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack"), plus remixes of the singles "The Best Things (Humble Brothers Remix)" and "Take A Picture (H&H Remix)". Both the two-LP set, and CD will feature new liner notes by author, journalist, and "Side Jams" podcast host Bryan Reesman. The expanded digital album also offers five additional rarities, including a live version of "Take A Picture", "The Best Things (Dub Pistols Club Mix)" and more.

The Null Corporation has released a soundtrack album for the post-apocalyptic thriller Bird Box. The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award winners Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross (The Social Network, Gone Girl, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, Mid90s, Patriots Day). The soundtrack is now available to download on Nine Inch Nails’ official website and will be added to other digital music stores later this month. A physical release featuring an hour of additional music will be released this spring. Bird Box is directed by Susanne Bier and stars Sandra Bullock, Trevante Rhodes, Jacki Weaver, Rosa Salazar, Danielle Macdonald, Lil Rel Howery, Tom Hollander, Colson Baker, BD Wong, Sarah Paulson and John Malkovich. The movie is set five years after an ominous unseen presence drives most of society to suicide and follows a survivor and her two children as they make a desperate bid to reach safety. The thriller was released in select theaters last month and is now available to stream on Netflix.
