"Move Your Body" is a 1994 single by Anticappella featuring MC Fixx It. This German CD5 is the remix edition featuring five different mixes of the song, including a convenient radio mix. This was released by ZYX Music.

1984 was a truly incredible year in pop music, and we have included more than 140 tracks on the CDs of the 1984 Yearbook, the 80-84 Final Chapter, and their extras so far in our appreciation of the year. Those tracks were generally the bigger hits of the year, with their chart achievement a factor in their inclusion – however – that’s not the whole singles story of the year, and our celebration of 1984 wouldn’t be complete without shining a light on some of the years’ singles that have been compiled much less frequently over the past 40 years. Welcome to THE VAULT for 1984… Some of the tracks included were Top 40 hits, some missed the chart completely. NOW Music proudly presents the next electrifying chapter in the ‘NOW 12” 80s’ series – NOW 12” 80s: 1983 – Part 1, out 19th July 2024. With 46 extended, full-length, or remixed versions that encapsulate the vibrant evolution of 80s music, this collection spans the dynamic spectrum of the year, featuring Synth-Pop and New-Wave hits alongside the catchy grooves of Pop-Dance and Disco. This essential compilation is perfect for both dancefloors and collectors. CD1 opens with two of 1983’s biggest artists with Wham!’s "Bad Boys”, followed by Eurythmics’ (over 12 minutes remix of) "Right By Your Side”. Revel in the huge tracks from Duran Duran with "Union Of The Snake (The Monkey Mix)", and the extended “Communication” by Spandau Ballet. The Human League keeps the momentum with their massive hit "(Keep Feeling) Fascination", while Howard Jones and Orchestral Manoeuvres In The Dark keep the Synth-Pop strong with "New Song" and "Genetic Engineering" respectively. Extended versions from Blancmange, Ultravox, and Tears For Fears are also featured on the stunning first disc.

Hit That Perfect Beat! Vol. 2 is a 1995 compilation of rad and choice songs from the new wave era that is 1980's. This was put together by Oglio in association with MCA Special Markets & Products.

Only Dance 1980-1984 follows the pattern of JCI's Only series, offering a seemingly random collection of 20 hits from a given genre or style for a period of five years. These songs weren't necessarily the biggest hits of these five years, although there are a number of classics and smashes here. It may be hard to deduce exactly why these songs were chosen – especially since the compilers apparently define "dance" as anything you could conceivably dance to – but the end results are nevertheless quite entertaining. All of the songs are featured in their original hit versions, not remakes, which isn't always the case with midline collections. Furthermore, there a few cuts that aren't easy to find on other collections or even greatest-hits albums, which means it's interesting to collectors as well as casual fans. Most importantly, each volume captures the feeling of the era, even if it's missing several big hits, and that's what makes the series a nice introductory overview for curious listeners.

This is the soundtrack to the 1991 film If Looks Could Kill starring sensational actor Richard Grieco, along with Carole Davis and Roger Daltrey. This CD features material by Kylie Minogue, Glenn Medeiros, The Outfield, Trixter, The Fixx, and many more. This was organized by MCA.

There is not a bad song on here and the variety makes this a winner. It's just got a rock 'n roll feel to it, the kind of electricity that rock 'n roll has when you first discover it as a youth. It is alive, adrenaline pumping and fills you with possibility.
Jim Steinman (the melodramatic writer behind Meat Loaf's Bat out of Hell) is the author of many of the tracks here, and they have his typical rock & roll Sturm und Drang, especially when the backup group consists of members of Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band. Also on hand are The Blasters, Maria McKee, and Ry Cooder. The album's hit single turned out to be Dan Hartman's "I Can Dream about You."
