Gustave Minda, plus connu sous le nom de Gu, parvient à s'évader de prison. Parti à Paris pour rejoindre son ami Manouche et des amis à lui, il se retrouve impliqué dans un règlement de compte entre gangs. L'inspecteur Blot parvient ainsi à retrouver sa piste. Mais avant de pouvoir partir à l'étranger avec Manouche, Gu a besoin d'argent et s'associe avec Paul Ricci pour un dernier coup.

Veteran gangster Gustave (Lino Ventura) escapes from prison to find his sister is being blackmailed by some petty thugs in this crime thriller. He plans one last caper to steal enough money in hopes of retiring to a tropical paradise. He and his gang are sought by a detective (Paul Meurisse), the cop who plays by the book and avoids the sadistic torture practiced by his less-honorable cohorts. Soon Gustave is caught between the police and the double-crossing gangsters and discovers too late that there is no honor among thieves.

Charade is a 1963 film directed by Stanley Donen, written by Peter Stone and Marc Behm, and starring Cary Grant and Audrey Hepburn. It also features Walter Matthau, James Coburn, George Kennedy, Dominique Minot, Ned Glass, and Jacques Marin. It spans three genres: suspense thriller, romance, and comedy. The film is notable for its screenplay, especially the repartee between Grant and Hepburn, for having been filmed on location in Paris, for Henry Mancini's score and theme song, and for the animated titles by Maurice Binder. Charade has been referred to as "the best Hitchcock movie that Hitchcock never made."

De retour des sports d'hiver, Reggie Lambert, en instance de divorce, retrouve son appartement parisien sans dessus-dessous et apprend la mort de son mari. Elle découvre que son époux avait détourné pendant la guerre un magot destiné à la résistance française. Ses anciens complices mais aussi Peter Joshua, un séduisant célibataire rencontré aux sports d'hiver, près duquel elle cherchait un appui, semblent impliqués dans cette affaire. Attention : en raison de son âge, cette oeuvre peut parfois présenter une image imparfaite. Aucun défaut visuel n'est dû à la technologie VOD glowria mais à l'image originale.

In this French police thriller, Le Guen (Jean Gabin) is an old-style police inspector, near retirement. When Gassot (Fabio Testi) escapes from the mental institute for the criminally insane, Le Guen is the best man to track him down. After all, he put him away years before. Gassot leaves behind a string of corpses and takes up with a prostitute while Le Guen chases him. Gerard Depardieu makes one of his first screen appearances here, in a small part.

The Dead Zone is a 1983 science fiction-thriller film based on the Stephen King novel of the same name. Ransom is a 1996 thriller film, starring Mel Gibson, Rene Russo, and Gary Sinise and directed by Ron Howard. The movie was nominated Golden Globe Award for Best Actor - Motion Picture Drama for Mel Gibson, and was the 5th highest grossing movie of 1996 in the United States. The original idea for the story was from an episode of The United States Steel Hour named "Fearful Decision" that aired in 1954. It was then a remake of the 1956 feature-length film of the same name written by Richard Maibaum and Cyril Hume starring Glenn Ford, Donna Reed and Leslie Nielsen. The film also was influenced by King's Ransom, a police procedural novel by Ed McBain which was, in turn, the basis for Akira Kurosawa's 1963 film High and Low.
