Carlo Domeniconi retains a close relationship with the culture of the Mediterranean whose traditions and customs permeate the Concerto Mediterraneo, Op. 67 in which the two guitars evoke North African and Middle Eastern plucked instruments such as the oud and the saz. Domeniconi’s prestige as an internationally esteemed guitarist informs Oyun, a vivacious and true hybrid of Turkish and Western influences, while Trilogy demands both unusual tuning and imaginative improvisation from the performer. Full of virtuosity, energy and pensive melancholy, Toccata in blue embodies allusions to boogie-woogie and the blues.
"O" is a water-themed stage production by Cirque du Soleil, a Canadian circus and entertainment company. The show has been in permanent residence at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States, since October 1998. "O" was inspired by the "infinity and elegance of water's pure form," which pays tribute to the beauty of the theater. The music of "O" was composed by Benoit Jutras and features a mix of classical Western and world instrumentation, including Chinese violin (erhu), bagpipes, African guitar and harp (kora), Colombian guitar, cello, ancient woodwinds and a wide variety of percussion instruments. During the show, the score is performed by a live band situated behind glass walls above and to the side of the stage.

Dymons first solo album “Druids Brew” is a potion made of the many influences Dan was blessed with throughout his traveling space, time and beyond… Having spent a few years on the road gathering ambience sounds into his little black box and musical influences from all continents, Dymons takes us on a journey through a wide wild diversity of soundscapes. Although very dub oriented this album flows through a multitude of genres and atmospheres rarely mixed together. It is made of fat driving bass lines, grooving drum beats and pulsing skanks over which ethnic instruments and contemporary sounds dance together in a psychedelic fashion…
