A Beautiful Lie is the second album by American alternative rock band Thirty Seconds to Mars. It was released on August 30, 2005 through Virgin Records and was produced by Josh Abraham. The album produced four singles, "Attack", "The Kill", "From Yesterday", and "A Beautiful Lie"; of which three of those four singles managed to chart within the top 30 on the US Modern Rock chart, with "The Kill" and "From Yesterday" entering the top three. A Beautiful Lie received positive reviews from music critics, many praising the album for the band's new sound from their debut album.

Evanescence received five nominations at the 46th Grammy Awards: Album of the Year, Best Rock Album, Best Rock Song, Best Hard Rock Performance, and Best New Artist, winning the latter two.

'Rage Against the Machine' is the debut studio album by Rage Against the Machine. The album was released on November 3, 1992. It went to #1 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart, and #45 on the Billboard 200 chart. In 2001, Q named Rage Against the Machine as one of the 50 Heaviest Albums Of All Time. The album is included in the book 1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die. In 2012, the album was ranked number 365 on Rolling Stone magazine's list of the 500 greatest albums of all time.

The expanded 30th anniversary of Grave Dancers Union will also be available as a limited edition 2 LP 12-inch vinyl pressing later this year.

LINKIN PARK is back, seven years after the death of frontman Chester Bennington, with a new singer and a new album, and a tour to boot. On Thursday, September 5, the band announced the addition of vocalist Emily Armstrong (Dead Sara) and drummer Colin Brittain (6 Flip, Illenium, One OK Rock), who join the existing lineup of Mike Shinoda, Brad Delson, Phoenix, and Joe Hahn.

Nothing's Shocking is the first major-label studio album by the American rock band Jane's Addiction, released on August 23, 1988 through Warner Bros. Records. Nothing's Shocking was well received by critics upon release, though it peaked at number 103 on the Billboard 200. Tragic Kingdom is the third studio album by American rock band No Doubt. It was released on October 10, 1995 by Trauma Records, a division of Interscope Records. Between 1995 and 1998, seven singles were released from it, including "Just a Girl", which charted on the Billboard Hot 100 and the UK Singles Chart; and "Don't Speak", which reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 Airplay and peaked in the top five of many international charts. The album received mostly positive reviews from music critics. At the 39th Annual Grammy Awards, No Doubt earned nominations for Best New Artist and Best Rock Album. It has sold over sixteen million copies worldwide; and was certified diamond in the United States and Canada, platinum in the United Kingdom, and triple platinum in Australia. Tragic Kingdom helped to initiate the ska revival of the 1990s, persuading record labels to sign more ska bands and helping them to attract more mainstream attention. The album was ranked number 441 on Rolling Stone magazine's list of the 500 greatest albums of all time.

Crooked Teeth is the ninth studio album by American rock band Papa Roach. It was released on May 19, 2017 through Eleven Seven Music. The album's second single, "Help" was released on February 17, 2017, and topped the Billboard Mainstream Rock Songs chart in April 2017. On March 31, 2017, a third single, "Periscope" was released. A fourth single, "American Dreams", was released in April as well. The album debuted at number 20 on the Billboard 200 and number 1 on the Billboard Top Hard Rock Albums chart selling 23,000 equivalent units, 18,000 in pure album sales.
