The set list includes tracks spanning Bowie's 30 plus years in the music business, from The Man Who Sold the World (1970) all the way to Reality (2003), along with collaborations such as "Sister Midnight" (with Iggy Pop) and "Under Pressure" (with Queen). There is a bit more focus, however, on tracks from the albums released since the Earthling World Tour in 1997, Heathen (2002), and Reality, whose tracks constitute 10 of the 30 songs performed.

In 1987, David Bowie was a superstar - pop icon and movie star. The CD's are the recording of the Montreal concert at the Olympic Stadium on August 30th, 1987. This is a fantastic concert - it is more of a spectacle than any that I have seen before from David Bowie. A combination of the era that it was performed in which is shown in the outfits and style of dancing etc. We have found it to be a thoroughly entertaining show which covers alot of his best songs. Nice bonus…the 'special edition' comes with an AUDIO cd of the concert from a different date…so you get varying versions of the songs (and some songs not in the concert film, tho the 'charlie sexton' and 'iggy pop and the stooges' numbers are not on the cd) Going to upload the dvd later.

Newly remastered versions of the live album. The tour’s innovative set and marriage of music and theatre has been cited as a big inspiration to acts in the 2000’s. Speaking in 1991 about Glass Spider, Bowie said, “It was the first time I'd had the opportunity to spend that kind of money and do shows like that! The first time since Diamond Dogs, anyway … I thought, Right! Let's really spend some money! I had all these thwarted dreams of what I'd tried to do with rock 'n roll in the early '70s”.

The forthcoming David Bowie ‘era’ box set which covers most of the 1990s will be released in late November. Brilliant Adventures will be an 11CD box set or a 18LP vinyl box.

Conversation Piece effectively amounts to an exhaustive documentation of David Bowie becoming David Bowie over the course of 1968 and 1969. The five-disc box - which is packaged in a handsome, hefty hardcover book - collects a series of home demos, many released in a series of limited-edition vinyl box sets over the course of 2019, plus two mixes of David Bowie (aka Space Oddity), the 1969 album that brought him into the public eye. Strictly speaking, there aren't many unheard tracks here. Everything from the Spying Through a Keyhole, Clareville Grove Demos, and The "Mercury" Demos sets are here, along with a brand-new mix of the Space Oddity album by Tony Visconti, one that restores "Conversation Piece" as part of its sequence. Setting aside the new mix of Space Oddity, that leaves 11 tracks out of 75 that are making their debut here…
