This classic album from 1979 is considered by many to be the high point of Ian Hunter's solo career. Although its sales never matched up to the enthusiastic critical reaction it received, this polished hard rock gem has held up nicely through the years and is definitely deserving of its strong cult reputation. You're Never Alone with a Schizophrenic also marked the reunion of Hunter with his finest creative ally, Mick Ronson, who had been forced to sit out of Hunter's last few albums due to management problems. Together, the reunited duo put together an album that matches Hunter's literate lyrics to a set of catchy, finely crafted tunes brimming with rock & roll energy.

Digitally remastered and expanded three disc (two CDs + DVD) edition of this 2002 album. A New Morning turned out to be Suede's last album. This deluxe edition features the non-album A and B sides as well as demos from the collections of Brett Anderson, Richard Oakes and Neil Codling. The DVD features the videos for the singles and the Asia-only DVD release Suede: Up Close And Personal, filmed in Singapore, as well as a previously unreleased acoustic performance filmed at the Madrid branch of record store FNAC on the day of release. The bonus feature is a February 2011 interview with Brett, Richard and Neil about the making of the album, along with a short film put together by Simon Gilbert from his own contemporary camcorder footage.

”Grow Up and Blow Away” was the first recorded album by indie rock band Metric. The album was recorded in 2001, but delayed for years by their record label. As the years passed, the band's sound changed to the point where they no longer felt the album would be what the fans expected to hear, so Metric recorded a completely new album, Old World Underground, Where Are You Now?, and released that instead. Last Gang Records later purchased the rights to the album and released it on June 26, 2007.

While Don Was is best known for his work with mutant funkateers Was (Not Was), he was also a Motor City boy with fond memories of the Stooges' glory days, and when he was hired to produce an album for Iggy Pop, Was said, "The guy is incredibly intelligent, writes great lyrics, is a great singer, and I just wanted to get that across."…
