"The Godfather Returns" by Mark Winegardner

For forty years have passed since the publication of "The Godfather" - the greatest novel by Mario Puzo. The phenomenal success of the book and the film is on it does not give calm successors and heirs of the writer. So they decide to announce a competition to write a continuing saga of the Corleone family. And one of the conditions of the contest was that continued to write to the author, who is in the same position as Puzo himself when he wrote his masterpiece.
