African Head Charge return to On-U Sound with their first new album in twelve years. Titled A Trip To Bolgatanga, the recordings are led by founder member Bonjo Iyabinghi Noah, with close friend and co-conspirator Adrian Sherwood once again at the controls. A Trip to Bolgatanga is a stunning return, bringing together the talents of two masters who, after a hiatus, have created a rich album brimming with ideas and executed with finesse.

"Trip-Hop Classics by Kid Loco" is a 2CD compilation released in 2010, curated by the French producer and DJ Kid Loco. Known for his contributions to the trip-hop genre, Kid Loco's collection features a mix of his own tracks alongside influential songs from other artists in the genre. The compilation captures the essence of trip-hop, characterized by its atmospheric sound, downtempo beats, and a blend of hip-hop, jazz, and electronic elements. The first disc typically includes classic tracks that define the genre, while the second disc may feature remixes or newer interpretations.

Raw Power is the third studio album by American rock band the Stooges (credited as Iggy and the Stooges), released on February 7, 1973 by Columbia Records. The album departed from the "groove-ridden, feel-based songs" of the band's first two records in favor of a more anthemic hard rock approach inspired by new guitarist James Williamson, who co-wrote the album's eight songs with singer Iggy Pop. Though not initially commercially successful, Raw Power gained a cult following in the years following its release and, like its predecessors The Stooges (1969) and Fun House (1970), is considered a forerunner of punk rock. The Guardian wrote that "it has since been acknowledged as one of the most influential records in rock history". The raw guitar sound of Williamson deeply influenced acts of different music genres such as the Sex Pistols, Johnny Marr of the Smiths and Kurt Cobain of Nirvana.

Filled with focussed recordings showcasing a band still determined to make it, and produced in conjunction with Tony Defries’ MainMan organisation, who famously steered the careers of Bowie, Iggy and Lou Reed during that period, ‘Born In A Trailer’ is a must-hear document of one of the great bands of the age accelerating into the final lap of a career which inspired a new generation of anti-establishment rock ‘n rollers in the years immediately following their demise.

The Jesus and Mary Chain are a Scottish alternative rock band formed in East Kilbride in 1983. The band revolves around the songwriting partnership of brothers Jim and William Reid. Their debut album "Psychocandy" was released to critical acclaim in 1985 on major label WEA… The band went on to release five more studio albums before disbanding in 1999. They are reunited in 2007.
