It’s been eight long years since Sweden’s Progressive Metal veterans Seventh Wonder released an album. That’s a long time to be out of the game, but fortunately, fans have rabidly been awaiting this release and it doesn’t seem to have affected the band’s fan base. Indeed, quite the opposite. It segues into “The Everones,” which opens with a somber and intense guitar riff, leading to vocal harmonies and some Proggy time meters. A big chorus ensues, with plenty of emotions, where vocalist Tommy really stretches out, followed by a keyboard solo that will really get your juices flowing…
US band Product is a collaboration between Arman Christoff Boyles (vocals, guitar, keyboards) and Scott Rader (drums, Bass). They hooked up in Los Angeles in 1990, but it wasn't until 1999 that they had finalized plans for the creation of a series of concept albums; utilizing the elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water as inspirations as well as historical figures. The debut album "On Water" was issued in 2000, and the series continued with "Aire" in 2003, "The Fire" in 2005 and finally "Earth" in 2008. Based on the life of Harry Houdini and his interaction with the spiritualist movement, "Aether" (2013) is the fifth concept album by Arman Christoff Boyles and Scott Rader.
