Kevin McKay has been producing records since the early 90s. His early work as Muzique Tropique found favour with DJs as varied as Andy Weatherall, Dubfire, Roger Sanchez and Danny Tenaglia. Glasgow Underground's Ibiza album is traditionally our biggest release of the year so Sam Dexter and Kevin McKay have been working their socks off to collect the best selection of cuts for the White Isle we could. There are fifteen brand new exclusive tracks from the likes of Sante Sansone, Kevin McKay, Landmark & Lexa Hill. As well as these there are 35 of Glasgow Underground's finest peak time tracks from recent months and over 3 hours of DJ mixes from Kevin McKay. This summer is going to be a big one, get ready for it here.

We did a rough GU survey of what DJs thought was going to be the sound of Ibiza this year and the thing that kept popping up is disco. Last year, we didn't hear much of that going on, tech-house was still the main event as far as wecould see. But maybe this year with Denis Sulta's new one going off in such a big way we'll see more glitterball grooves on the dancefloor. With that in mind, we've added some exclusive seventies flavours to this years Ibiza compilation.

The record came out back in May 2003 after the group won the reality TV series Popstars: The Rivals the previous year. It landed at Number Two on the UK albums chart, and included the Number One single of the same name.

Founded back in 1990 – celebrating their 30th birthday in 2020 – Z Records has amassed plentiful collection of singles, albums and compilations.
