Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the sci-fi western Prospect. The album features the film’s original music composed by Daniel L.K. Caldwell. The soundtrack will be released digitally next Friday, November 9 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Prospect is written and directed by Zeek Earl & Christopher Caldwell and stars Sophie Thatcher, Pedro Pascal, Jay Duplass, Andre Royo, Sheila Vand and Anwan Glover. The movie revolves around a teenage girl and her father who travel to a remote moon looking to strike it rich by harvesting a large gem deposit. The sci-fi movie premiered at this year’s SXSW Film Festival is being released in New York and Los Angeles this weekend by Gunpowder & Sky’s Dust label before expanding nationwide on November 9.
