Warner presents Michael Corboz leading the Ensemble Vocal de Lausanne and Orchestre de Chambre de Lausanne in presentation of Bach's "Magnificat, BWV 243" & "Cantates, BWV 58 & 78" as part of the continuing re-release series of his entire Erato catalogue.

Johan Kvandal’s string quartets nos. 1–3 have already been recorded, but here we are also introduced to his other works for this classical ensemble. Massimo Pupillo’s Prayer for the Survival of the North Is a Haunting Ambient Masterpiece. Massimo Pupillo’s Our Forgotten Ancestors takes the Sámi peoples of the Arctic Circle as its theme and inspiration for an instrumental tour-de-force.

The album "In einer Zauberstunde" by Australian-born flutist Xavier Luck and his compatriot Daniel Linton-France focuses on works for flute and piano inspired by song or opera. The focus is on the introduction and variations on "Trockne Blumen" from Schubert's "Die schöne Müllerin." Contrast this with the Introduction and Variations on a Theme from Carl Maria von Weber's "Euryanthe" for flute and piano, op. 63 by Friedrich Kuhlau, composed in the same year.

During this musical journey, we are led by the muses, and following in Orpheus’s footsteps, we reach the goal of the music marked out by Monteverdi: to touch the soul of listeners, to awaken their feelings, and to speak to the heart.
